“Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.”

Ephesians 4:29

Message for the week!

What does your faith look like?

Oftentimes we can feel discouraged and curse our own very means of “where we can go” and “what we can do”. Believing in what we have cursed upon ourselves. For example, we may not believe in ourselves but believe the very means that was taught from our past. We can often experience feelings of bitter and discouragement the crowd and means around us. Feelings of defeat and shame; persuasive feelings causing us to believe and sacrifice. The feelings of not wanting to see someone’s advance because of the bitter and upset upholding in our land or the land we were taught within. We can often feel free but trapped and not free.

“Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: 32. And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.”

Ephesians 4:31-32

“Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth! 6. And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and set on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. 7. For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind: 8. But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.”

James 3:5-8

Ultimately ending in weeping and sadness. Let us take a step and “let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer man.”

Colossians 4:6

“Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.”

Ephesians 4:29

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
